This booklet is intended to give all our customers, in Schools, Youth clubs, Local Businesses and the General Public, information about the standards of service they can expect from the North-Eastern Education and Library Board and provides contact details and other useful information.
I hope that it will be of use in enabling everyone who has dealings with the Board to get the best out of the services we provide.
If for some reason the service does not come up to your expectations, then we want to know about it. We also want to know if you have any suggestions as to how the individual services we provide could be improved. A dissatisfied customer is not a luxury we can afford. We must endeavour to ensure that all our customers’ needs are satisfied in so far as it is within our power and resources to do so.
