Development and Planning

The Development and Planning Unit is a section within Property Services.  The Unit is responsible for the following:

• Co-ordinating the Board’s Major and Minor Capital Works Programmes;

• School Enrolment Trends and Statistics;
  
  

• Asset Management Planning;
  
  

• Environmental Hazards;
  
  

• Energy Efficiency;
  
  

• Health and Safety.
