How to Put Things Right, Equality and Human Rights

Equality and Human Rights

The North Eastern and Education and Library Board is fully committed to the fulfilment of its obligation under Section 75 (Equality Duties) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 and the Human Rights Act 1998. We have developed an Equality Scheme which sets out how we will meet these obligations and provided equality and human rights training to our staff.

If you believe that you have been directly affected by a failure of the Board to comply with the equality scheme or have acted in a way that is not compatiable with human rights, please contact the Equality Officer by telephone: (028) 9448 2216, by E-Mail eqhr@neelb.org.uk, or by post: North Eastern Education and Library Board, Antrim Board Centre, 17 Lough Road, Antrim, BT41 4DH.
