It is the Board’s policy, wherever possible, to settle complaints locally and we hope that by using the process outlined above you will be able to resolve your complaint.
However, you may choose to ask the Ombudsman to investigate your complaint. The Ombudsman will normally only deal with your complaint after you have used the Board’s Complaints process.
