Corporate Development, NEELB Annual Schools Survey 2007
|
|
To demonstrate our commitment to continuously improving the quality of services that we provide for our schools, in April 2007 the Boards’ fifth Annual Schools Survey was carried out. The survey was issued to 30 per cent of schools, representative of sector, management type and enrolment and sought, once again, to measure the levels of satisfaction with the wide range of services the Board provides. 94 schools made up the sample and on this occasion, 85% per cent of those who were invited to participate, did so. We were delighted with this response and aim to achieve a 100% response for the 2008 survey.
As before, the questionnaire was broken down into 5 different areas which sought feedback about:
- NEELB Strategy
- School Improvement
- Promoting Social Inclusion
- Special Educational Needs and
- Support Services
Principals were asked to rate services on a scale of excellent, good, satisfactory or poor. The results of the 2007 survey indicate a very high satisfaction rating for all services. The results of the 2007 survey and the trend results from 2003 are available for download.
