Strong cross community links have been established through SCRP in the past between St Brigid’s and Maghera PS and between St Brigid’s and Knockloughrim PS but this is the first time these schools have all worked together in partnership.
The PIEE Project will enable these schools to strengthen their established links and it will create a forum for the core issues of diversity to be explored in a safe environment.
The schools see that by embracing this more collegiate approach they will benefit from the sharing of resources and staff expertise and that this will ultimately enhance the quality of the learning experiences for the children.
