Schools Branch, Performance Review and Staff Development (PRSD)

The Northern Ireland scheme for PRSD was implemented in schools from September 2005.

 

Miss Jayne Millar, Primary Officer, and Mr Gerry Kelly, Secondary Officer, are the contact officers for PRSD in NEELB Controlled Schools.

 

They are responsible for providing schools with general advice, managing external advisers and monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the performance review process in Controlled Schools.

 

The Regional Training Unit (RTU) was commissioned by the Department of Education to provide a programme of training and support for the implementation of Performance Review and Staff Development.
