CASS, Business Education Partnership

On 28th January 2008, Ballymena Business Education Partnership (Ballymena BEP) organised a conference 'Opportunities in Engineering', hosted by Michelin Tyre plc in Ballymena, and attended by representatives of fifteen schools.

 

There are many misconceptions about the engineering sector in Northern Ireland. It is hoped that these presentations will allay some of these misconceptions and demonstrate to the education community that young people with the right skills and attitudes can find a career with real prospects in engineering.
