In Ballyhenry Nursery School they provide a broad and well-balanced curriculum, taking into consideration the developmental stage of each individual child. We aim to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere where the children will enjoy new experiences and build on previous experiences, with the support and help of experienced staff, which will enable them to continue their education with a positive attitude to learning.

In Ballyhenry Nursery School they recognise that parents are the first educators of their children and therefore we value their support throughout the year, but most especially in making the transition from home to school a successful and happy experience. The staff in the nursery work very closely as a team and value the important role of parents as partners in their children’s education.
