The NEELB values the centrality of the family and has had a high level of commitment across a number of its departments in the area of supporting parents as the primary carers and educators of their children. The CASS Early Years Team has provided advice and support for schools over a number of years in relation to how they can effectively engage with their parents/carers as partners in their children's learning.
