Local Primary School teachers have received Comenius professional development grants to spend a week work-shadowing in schools in Spain. EU funds are available every year for this sort of professional development opportunity, enabling participants to learn more about Spanish life and culture, including the country’s education system. Visits can often lead to ongoing school links and funded project work.
