Personal Development and Mutual Understanding

The purpose of Personal Development and Mutual Understanding as a separate Area of Learning in the primary curriculum is ‘to provide opportunity for specific attention to be given to emotional development, health and safety, relationships and the development of moral thinking, values and action’ (The NI Curriculum Primary).

This section contains resources to support and enhance the learning and teaching of PDMU, developed locally with schools in the NEELB.
