Councils in the Primary School.

Course Objectives:

To place the development of a School Council within the context of school ethos and Strand 2 of PDMU
To develop teacher and pupil skills in participating and decision making through class councils
To develop the schools’ understanding of the dynamic between class councils and the School Council
To exemplify good practice through use of the NEELB TV programme on School Councils (in production)

NOT developed a School Council, but that would have been asking

for individual school support from CASS in 08-09.
