Youth Service ICT

The Youth Service ICT has made a commitment to developing services for the young person of “tomorrow’s world”, by making ICT one of its central services for the 21st century youth.

We are committed to developing young people’s skills in this area, and more importantly increasing their knowledge of how to manage and conduct themselves online and stay safe!

Creativity and Fun for all!
Sunlea (Coleraine), Ballykeel (Ballymena) and Greenisland (Carrickfergus) ICT suites are equipped with some of the latest Creative Technology hardware and software in the field.
With this technology young people can explore their interests in photography, film, music and digital artistry.

Everything is on hand in the centres to achieve this. The only thing that needs to be added is the young person’s imagination!

Onsite staff will guide you and your young people through the rest of the process!

How can you take part?
Sit down with your young people and discuss the possibilities, or call us on 028 7035 8905 and we can visit your unit to discuss the options. Once you have an idea of what you want to do, complete our online Expression of Interest Online Form.

Once we receive your completed 'Expression of Interest Form', and if your request is successful, we will begin to design a programme based on the information you have provided in the Form. Once the programme design is completed we will then contact you to discuss it and ask you to agree & finalise it with your young people. We will then set the dates for its’ delivery.
